Job Description

Electrical Engineer in Kansas City, Kansas. Electrical Engineer position requiring high voltage or telecommunications network design experience. The position requires first-hand direct experience with planning, design, and application of private telecommunications networks including UHF and VHF land mobile radio systems, microwave radio systems, digital microwave, wireless broadband data networks and fiber optics for wide-area multimedia applications. The position requirements prefer experience in the utility industry. Job duties will include preparing studies, reports, specifications, drawings, cost estimates for large to small scale private telecommunication networks in a multi-vendor environment. The successful candidate will need to meet with outside clients to provide updates and assess client needs for additional opportunities. The position requires travel up to 25% of the time.
